WETSUITS:
Athletes don't need a wetsuit to participate, it's an option if water temperatures are below 78 degrees. If below 78, you are permitted to wear one and still be USAT "legal."
Race day water temperature should be hovering around 78. Check back for more up-to-date information regarding the temperatures at Table Rock Lake.
USA TRIATHLON
In addition to registration, athletes will need to purchase either a one-doy or annual USAT Membership. One day memberships are either $13 Sprint / $18 Full / $6 per leg of a relay. Annual memberships start at $60. This process is handled through the online registration platform. Athletes will have the option to verify their current USAT membership, renew a membership, or purchase a new membership.

REFUND / DEFERRAL POLICY
XBMM holds a no refund policy. It is our policy that those who need to cancel their current registration can receive a half-off coupon code good for the following year's event. Athletes must submit requests for deferral no less than seven (7) days prior to the current event from the email address associated with the registration (this is to protect both the athlete and the event). Please note that we cannot refund or defer costs associated with USAT memberships.
BMMT will continue to hold a no refund policy in the COVID-19 era. In the unlikely event the 2023 BMMT has to cancel due to COVID-19, we will offer all those who are registered 90% off of their 2024 registration. That said, your race director is a pretty stubborn individual, who will move forward no matter what. There will be modifications regarding packet pickup and an extended transition area to facilitate distancing measures, and maybe other modifications if need be.
Sprint Course
The courses take the athletes into Table Rock Lake and then through the White River Valley Trail system. Learn all about the White River Valley Trail System HERE includes elevation and trail details.
Distances were created to be achievable for all athletes, some may finish faster than others.
Full Distance Burly Course
The Full Distance Burly course is essentially two loops each of both the Sprint swim, bike , and run.
